One beautiful day in February, I met up my good friend Carrie Joy of Carrie Joy Photo along with the sweet Michelle of Morning Light for another spring flower play date. Last spring when I first started Gold & Bloom, the three of us had ourselves a little shoot in a nearby park a few miles from my house. That was the start of this wild journey! Now, a year later we found ourselves at a different park in Atlanta, playing with more pretty spring flowers. A bit has changed since last year, to say the least.
The morning of the shoot I picked some beautiful, bright pink camelias from my parents’ yard. They looked so gorgeous mixed with the light pink ranunculus and the full garden roses. I then added a touch of white pieris, a little bit of fern, and finished it off with some ivory silk ribbon. This bright and feminine bouquet makes me so excited for my spring weddings!
White Garden Roses (White O’Hara), 5 stems

Camelia flowers with leaves intact, 3 stems
White Pieris, 5 stems
