Each season that arrives, I tell myself “Yes, this is my favorite!” Spring flowers are beautiful, summers at the beach create lots of fun memories, fall leaves on the ground is exciting and cozy, but winter….winter is magical, heart-warming, and full of traditions that are worth more than gold.
Last winter, I helped dream up a winter elopement styled shoot with my one of my dear friends Carrie Joy Photography. Oh, and the people sitting around the dinner table? Yep, those are our real-life small group friends who joined in on the shoot. I love how it all turned out, and these photos were even featured over in Trendy Bride Magazine earlier this season. Hooray!
Red dahlias, white peonies, rosemary, italian ruscus, and camelia branches clipped from my parents’ yard made for such a beautiful color palette with lots of texture. These are some of my favorite flowers and greens to use this time of year!
