At the beginning of 2020, I posted on Instagram that I believed this year would be a year of growth. Well, it was that and more! Initially when Covid hit, we did experience a standstill just like everyone else. Thankfully our wedding season picked back up in July and we have been busy ever since. During that time off from our spring weddings, I made two big decisions by adding two precious people to the Gold & Bloom team. I am so excited to introduce them to you!

First up: Lauren. Lauren has been with me since 2017! After attending one of my group workshops, she told me that she wanted to help me and learn more about the floral design world. She learned design incredibly fast, and helped me many times throughout the busy wedding seasons. In June, I officially asked her to join my team as my second lead designer, and (hooray!) she said YES! She assists me on design days and wedding days, and she is the lead designer for some of our smaller events. She is strong, joyful, and a hard-worker. I’m thankful to have her on the team!























Meet my assistant, Bailey! When she reached out to me at the beginning of this year, I knew there was something really special about her. So when we met in June for interviews, I had overwhelming peace that I found the right person for the job. On wedding days, she keeps us on our timeline, runs errands, solves problems, and ensures the job is completed as planned. She is a former educator (like me!), organized, kind, easy-going, and has a heart for serving others. She is a blessing from the Lord, I tell you.
