Receptions are always such a fun celebration, and due to covid it is the area that required the most change. Most of our couples needed to downsize their wedding guest count, which made us need to look at our design plan and make some adjustments. What I noticed this year is that due to some of the changes, it allowed us to look at the details even closer and make them even more grand than originally planned. There is a lot to think about when you’re planning florals for a wedding reception–the floorplan, the space, and budget are all important when thinking about how to design to best fit the event.

What’s really amazing is that we are usually working within a pretty tight timeframe, and taking our design board and making it a reality in just a couple of hours is astounding. My team is the best (truly!), and we all work together to make it perfect. Here are a few of my favorite reception details from 2020.
