When I first met with Gracie to talk over florals, she said to me “Jenna, I want a fall wedding…in the summer. I want it to be classic, but also bohemian. How can we make this happen?” I was so excited for the challenge. Together, we dreamed up a beautiful terracotta, blush, rust, and honey floral color palette for her and David’s June wedding at Summerour Studio. Gracie and her mom were incredibly kind, trusting, and generous throughout the entire planning process. I’m excited to share the beauty of their day with you!

THE FLOWERS

Gracie loves pampas grass, dried flowers, and foliage mixed with fresh specialty flowers. When ordering the flowers, I kept in mind that we were going for both bohemian (the dried funkier florals) and classic (soft, lush blooms). It was such a fun collection of products! We chose golden mustard garden roses, rose cappuccino, amaranthus, astilbe, larkspur, carnation quicksand, champagne lisianthus, garden roses from Grace Rose Farm, linette mums, butterfly ranunculus, stock, bronze mums, sahara spray rose, white majolika spray rose, scabiosa pods, yarrow, and a variety of other dried flowers and greenery.
